My chickens love this swing and ladder perch! This is the perfect addition to any chicken run. I have seen all 9 of my chickens on it at once. The build was pretty simple and easy. It serves its purpose and provides entertainment and roost in my run. Overall it was worth the price and has held up well.

Easy to put together and really cute for the chickens

I’ve had it in there with the chickens for the last two months and they don’t use it. And they’re young chickens. Was a pain in the butt to put together took two of us.

It's nice and the price, shipping, packaging we do not have an issue with. It's more the assembly. Toss the instructions, they are useless. Even after we tightened everything down we found it to be wobbly. It's fine when on the ground and even with the chickens on it but if you move it the flat parts that do not screw in but just slide in slots do fall out. It's aggravating but does go back together easily. We don't need another one but prob wouldn't buy this particular type again even if we did.

We were hesitant about purchasing this at first due to cost, but I am so glad we did! We have a tent brooder for 12 chicks and this arrived when the chicks were 21 days old. Within five minutes several of them had climbed up to the top and the others soon followed. They love this playground and we will continue to use it as they grow! Yesterday (Day 33 for the chicks) we took the swing off and put up larger food and water containers to hang from the hook instead. We cut cardboard circles to place over the containers to block any feces from dropping on them from the top platform. It's working out well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Really, really cute ! The chickens love climbing on it but are wary of the swing lol. Easy to put together and it's pretty sturdy. Happy with my purchase !

Pretty easy to assemble very sturdy that I can call it out of the run and hose it off.

Chickens were a little standoffish to this for the first week or two, but now they use the top to roost in their run. They haven't used the swing yet, but who knows, maybe they will figure it out. Definitely gave them something else to do in their run.

This product was good. Chickens loved it. Instructions weren’t the best but we figured it out. Slightly wobbly.

Chickens will not go on it, even tried to coax them with treats and food. I think the stairs are to narrow for their feet. I've placed them on it and they are very unsteady.

This swing set is made of metal with plastic stairs and assembles relatively easily. The instructions are easy to follow and all the parts are labelled for easy identification. Putting together the pieces and then each assembled component took about 30 mins from start to finish. The part I had most difficulty with was attaching the stairs, the top platform, and the frame all together. This was due to the top platform boards not being secured to its frame, so any shifting or bumping and the boards will fall out of the slits and you need to remove the stairs, re-align the board and try again. It helps if you have a box or chair to lean the stairs on as you align everything, and eventually I got it done, but if there was a way to screw in even one side of the top platform slats then it would have been much easier. Once done, everything does feel sturdy enough for a chicken and it looks good. Hopefully our pullets will love hanging out on the new playset.

Alot smaller than I thought it would be. The chicken swing sits very close to the lower frame Support bar and I have concerns the chickens feet may become injured because of this.

This is a review for the Nandae Chicken Coop Perches with Swing. This started off so promising. It is well made and fun to put together. The boards are made of some type of plastic material, like a composite decking board. They seem strong and sturdy and should last a long time. It is a mixed of painted aluminum square tube and composite boards. It is reasonably sized at about 16 ¾” wide, 63 ½” long and 26 ½” high. Each side has four steps leading to the top. The boards on the top are spaced a bit far apart and there is a risk of their feet falling through. For some reason the chickens avoid it at all costs. I don’t know if it is the feel of the composite boards or if they are just set in their ways. When the weather gets nicer, we will try it again in their outdoor run. I will update the review if they end up liking it better in their run. Bottom line, it is a well-made product, but these chickens just don’t like it. Hopefully your chickens like it better.
