It is really nice working perfectly

After a number of months I write this review to give you the good and bad of this product. First, and truly dumb on the part of the seller, is there are virtually no instructions on installation. Lots of cables, but no clue on which connects where, which are extra, and specific instructions of this car. But, the after sale support, which is via email, with some difficulty, got me through eventually. However, not without a lot of effort and frustration. I had to purchase several additional products to complete the installation: For the antenna, I needed an adapter, the camera's cable was not long enough by a couple of feet, so I needed an extension, only to find the camera was not great, so for about $15 I bought a better one. Once again, no instructions with the product, but their email support showed me how to access the camera settings. Through trial and error I found the correct settings. HOWEVER, after all of this negativity, the product has worked great. I'm using CarPlay and it has functioned very well. For some reason initially the bluetooth was choppy, but now works flawlessly. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars on this one, but in the end it does work very well and is a great upgrade for the car. My advice to this seller is to provide better instructions, a higher quality camera with a longer cable, and be certain to include all adapters for this specific installation. You will get 5 star reviews and sell a lot more product.

Horrible sound, weak microphone for calls, no instructions for installation and consistently drops Bluetooth connection. Avoid this! I was 2 days outside the return window when it's real problems started showing up, or I'd send it back. Update. Seller gave full refund. 4 stars for that.

Great. They even help with great tips
