Nice gazebo!
I love this gazebo, it's nice, light, I love the fact that all windows slide down and that is tinted. It's a bit of a pain in the butt to put together, you definitely need two people and it's definitely a one or two day project. I live in Michigan and we had a pretty hard winter with quite a bit of snow and we had no problems with it. We have our jacuzzi in it, it's a roomy gazebo, and it definitely helps keep the bugs away. I did notice if there's a strong wind and you have trees near by, leaves parts do get in so I recommend having a cover on a jacuzzi if that's what you get it for, or if you get furniture make sure it's nothing that gets damaged easily and that you can wipe it off. My only wish is that they had extra screws in case you might lose a couple, but overal it's a decent gazebo!

SO FAR WE LOVE IT
This product is constructed with very modern materials and design. I use it to house my spa and built it over my concrete patio. I've had it for about 2 months now and absolutely love it. I will continue to update this review as the product ages. Pros- #1 Price- Considering other alternatives this product is a cheap way to get substantial shelter. #2 Low maintenance- No repainting or refinishing required. #3 Versatility- I use it for my spa but it can be configured in endless ways for many uses. It easily goes from fully closed up to fully screened. Cons- #1 Assembly- Although this products claims to be easy to construct it was not. I paid Amazon services $500.00 to put it together and it was money well spent. Even the crew who had put them together before struggled. The instructions basically suck and it's easy to put it together wrong. Some of the pieces didn't fit and had to be slightly customized. Trust me, it's a real pain to put together. #2 Cheap hardware- The screws that come with this are cheap quality and strip out easily. They do the job but take it easy on them. #3 Overall structural strength- It's very well engineered and some other reviews worried about collapse when snowed on. I purposeless didn't hang anything heavy like a ceiling fan on the ceiling because of that. My greatest concern is how it will handle high winds in a thunderstorm. I will report back later on that issue. #4 There is a slight gap between the body panels and the roof. A very few bugs have found there way through it but no real big deal. All and all we are ecstatic with this purchase. It's a great way to protect our new spa from the elements. I mounted a TV on the wall and put a real nice patio sofa inside. It makes for a wonderful retreat right in our own backyard. It will also be much more enjoyable to take a spa in the winter because it will trap hot air and block all wind. If you use it for a spa housing I would suggest water proof lighting. Condensation forms very quickly inside and could cause some real issues. I chose the lighting below. It was real easy to install and provides both white and colored mood lighting. Also no hassle to have to install a switch because of the remote. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HBGE5X8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

been a nightmare, not sure what to do, not getting phone calls returned from Charlotte S from happiness guarantee
huge problems, amazon happyness team keeps stalling me, have 1/2 built gazebo sitting here, I just want removed, many of the screws are stripped out from installers, just want this out of her, please return my calls and messages. UPDATE: They still have not called me back, but I am finding out how Amazon Handles if there is a problem. This is partially installed, unusable and this is really opening my eyes on how Amazon works. Amazon can be great if everything works good, but when there is a problem, they keep ignoring me, I have no idea what to do with a partially build gazebo in my yard, contacted credit card company to dispute already because Amazon will not return my messages or calls. I am to the point of I would hire someone to take apart to return this 750 pound thing, but have no kind of boxes to put it in, Please Amazon, take care of your guarantee, everytime I call they say they cant do anything because its been assigned to there (Happiness Guarantee) people, who will not give me any kind of status or return any phone calls or messages..... Another update, what i sent factory.... I so hope you can help, recieved one of your gazebos, pushing 7 weeks ago, the amazon installers could not finished and it has sat here unfinishec for the last 6 weeks, many many screws are all stripped out, half the framing is on roof but they could not get the peices to fit, installers removed all film and stickers from all the roof pieces and i could have sworn the protective film said a certain side must be up, we now have no idea what side faces the sun.....all part stickers have been removed and i remember seeing how parts look the same but slightly different so they have to go to exact spot. Yesterday after 6 weeks amazon send someone over to look at it and i thought good finaly i get to talk to someone and show them this mess, but thry send me someone deaf and dumb, i applaud helping the physicily challanged have work, i truly do......but i would have thought it might have had someone i could actually talk to about my fears and complaints and why i dont think this is salvagable for reasons stated above among many others. The guy seems nice but could not answer me(we had to write out questions and answers down to communicate) but he had no answer to how we could actually fix it correctly. He did say he thinks he coild but could not get any answers on how, which i have my doubts. Just trying to get this thing picked up by amazon, it has sat here unfinished for 6 weeks ruining out summer. Please help.

So Far So Good
We ordered the Solarium back in Oct. The estimated arrival was off by several weeks. The shipping company only makes deliveries once a week to our town. We wound up renting a trailer and driving the 100 miles to get it ourselves. One of the boxes was damaged by the forklift and went undetected at the shipping yard. The people at Wayfair were great once I was able to get to someone to talk to for a replacement. It also took 3 weeks for delivery of a replacement. We were fighting winter weather coming on. It took 3 people 2 days to put it together. We had a professional house builder helping us and he was very frustrated putting it together. He was fearful of a winter snow build up on the roof so we have modified it with chains across the ceiling to hold the walls from bowing out. We remove the snow off the roof with every snow storm. We have it anchored to 4x6 beams (and 50 bags of cement below the beams). So far it has held up to the 50 mph winds we have had. We have concerns about the soft plastic windows holding up over time. We are already researching replacement windows. The sliding doors are made of the ceiling material and are not clear for viewing out. They will freeze shut when the snow melts off the roof and gets in the tracks. I've gotten good at using the hair dryer to get them open. Other than that we are enjoying it. We have the hot tub on one end and patio furniture on the other. We ran electric to it for the lights, hot tub and heater. Watching the on line videos for putting it together was helpful. Wish the company would include one with the instructions. If anyone can tell me how the windows held up for them I would really like to hear from you.

Not a quality build
We bought this as a sunroom by our pool and looking at the photos online thought this would be neat looking at a reasonable price. Well, it's a sunroom alright but here are the negatives first: Installation: -The PDF manual is very poorly done, so look carefully and look again before you install - Some of the installation drawings were off - There are screw holes in the ceiling slats that have no part to screw in - We were missing screws in several categories and had to go out and find matching ones - The doors are incorrectly built as some youtubers noted: you cannot solve the riddle of the weatherstrip showing and our doors had the panels reversed. - The metal parts do not have precisely aligned screw holes. The while thing is slightly "off" and you cannot really get it fully squared. Nothing visible but nevertheless - The roof panels were squashed on some edges and were almost impossible to keep in their rails during installation - Again, biggest grief here is that nothing really perfectly lines up and you're constantly adjusting and hammering to get it fully standing After its up: - It's not weatherproof. With a heavy rainstorm we have roof drip and water runing down the beams so be careful what you put in. The panel structure on the roof is begging for trouble, once you see it up close: it's not built for significant water or snow backup - The wall panel are warping a bit from stress - The door has started to jam - the window panel latches are rusting and hardly open - plastic latch parts are cracking In summary: not many redeeming factors than that it BARELY serves its purpose but be ready with lots of silicone and weatherseal to attack this thing. Others maybe have better done samples but mine was a travesty. We build lots of Palram items (carports, patio covers) and those are built precisely and the assembly is actually fun. With this thing I was ready to choke a kitteh after 8 hrs of aggravation. It takes 2 people and about a full day to do it. I think this is a 1500$ item at double the price. It's not worth the price and you're better off spending much less or some more for a better deal or decent quality.

I love it so far
I've had this up about a week or so, and so far I love it. It took my husband 2 half days to put it together-- but he is pretty handy. I helped him hold some wall pieces here and there. He also built himself a "frame" out of scrap wood to use as a brace when he was assembling the roof. Normally I would say it's probably a two person job. Be sure you get the wall panels in the right place the first time, or it's a real hassle to try to take them apart again! We had a rain storm during assembly and right after fully assembled. Unfortunately it got quite wet inside. But it was heavy rain! We assembled the gazebo on a solid cement patio. We have now used clear caulk around the bottom both inside and outside the gazebo. We'll see how it goes when the next rain comes. However, the instructions do say this is not a "waterproof room". Bummer We've even now installed an air conditioner in one of the windows. (It gets hot here)... we built a simple wood frame to set it on outside, removed the screen from one panel, and set the window air conditioner in, just like you would in a house window. (To remove one of the screens, you have to take out both of the plastic windows, and remove two screws at the top of the screen.) The look of the gazebo is excellent. It looks very nice and classy. I had first received a quote from a builder to build a similar one to this on my back patio (a permanent structure gazebo), and that would've cost me over $20,000, so this is a nice compromise and much less expensive! UPDATE: March 2020 — The room is still holding up well. The only issue is that there was a hail storm a year or so ago, and the hail damaged the ceiling panels and there are a bunch of holes in the top layer of the ceiling panels. I have not found that there is any way to remove damaged ceiling tiles and replace them with new ones, unfortunately. Since the panels are sort of like a double layer, the room is still waterproof, but it’s just not as nice-looking as it used to be because of all the holes in the top layer which is very obvious.

Too hot
It’s too hot and top does not reflect the sun heat! Good only if you can put it under a tree shaded area.
