I've been using mask since August and can definitely see a difference in my skin. I love this mask!

I have the Solawave Hand held device and liked it very much. I decided to upgrade to the mask because it’s easier to use and covers the entire face at once. I use it at least 4 times a week. The mask is comfortable but the straps did take awhile to get right. It does come with strap extensions but I don’t need them. The mask has eye protectors and given how bright the red light is they are needed. I also like that the mask shuts off after 10 Minutes. No guess work there. It’s not a cheap Product and the materials and everything that comes with it is very good quality. The mask is FDA approved which is important. I paid close to $400 for the mask but good ones are all Expensive. I would get it again. It improves the quality of my skin but you need to use it on a regular basis and have patience. Applying good products after your session also helpful. If you want to branch out into a red light therapy mask you can’t go wrong with this one. I love mine and I think you will too.

This mask stopped working after only two uses. It charged fine the first time, but now it won’t recharge or turn on at all. For a product that costs $370, that’s extremely disappointing. The mask and controller both feel cheaply made, and the mask itself is stiff, uncomfortable, and oddly oversized on the face. Customer service told me it was out of warranty and suggested I buy another one, even though I barely used it. For transparency, I paused use for about 11 months due to pregnancy and breastfeeding, which unfortunately pushed it past warranty—but for this price, a device shouldn’t fail this quickly. Overall, it didn’t noticeably brighten my skin in the short time it worked, and the build quality feels poor. I can’t recommend this product. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I absolutely LOVE this thing. After 6 weeks and definitely see a major improvement. My skin glows and feels tighter and less crinkly — which says a lot as I am a 56 year old man! I keep it on the ottoman in my TV room and pop it on when I’m watching TV. But the best part is that you can pretty much do anything you want around the house while wearing it! I’ve used it several times and have not had to charge it which is fantastic. The packaging is sleek and it’s super easy to use. I don’t love that it’s pink but it’s def not a Barbie/princess pink — it’s more a desaturated, dirty pink — not that gender specific colors should be a thing in 2024 but maybe there are some guys out there who care? But what I’m saying is that it’s a “MANLY” pink. LOL. Anyway, I love it and it’s worth every penny.

I bought this in mid July of this year and after 3 months it would no longer holding a charge. This mask is way too expensive to not last for 3 months. I reached out to customer service and they have not replied. Update: customer service has been great and is sending me a replacement controller to fix the problem. They were very attentive.

Absolutely love this red light therapy mask. I love that it is portable. I use it watching TV, doing chores or just laying down. I use it everyday and it relaxes me and the red light is helping my skin with smaller pores and redness gone. I went through a few different masks and this one has been the best.

I had to return this product because it did not fit my face and was very uncomfortable. I can't say whether it helped my skin because I only used it 5 times. Every time I used it, afterward there was a large red painful upside down "v" shaped mark at the top of my nose. The bridge of my nose below the "V" mark would swell up and form a bump. The eyes openings were too close together and too small so the outside edges of my eyes were covered by the mask and the light blasted into the outside edges of my eyes which was blinding. I could not do anything but sit with my eyes closed. Also the mask was too short so the mouth opening ined up with the area above my lips and below my nose. It was too tight across my cheek bones but way loose below my nose so that there was about an inch between the mask and the chin. I am 5'9", The mask might be fine for a petite person with a more flat nose and cheek bones, and a smaller face.
