This really correct my 80 years old mother sleep cycle. She was sleeping at day time and not sleeping at night. She was aggressive irritated angry crying. This pills made her calm.. She is normal now. I gave her 3 months. When I started doesn't work. First we gave one tablet then two tablets morning evening. I guess it gives late response. When you give day time it gives response for the night and night dose give response for day time. Patients those can't take allopathic medicine as my mother is old woman. She couldn't take sleeping pills.. People can try. Have patience in the beginning later it works. I am writing this feedback so that other people can also get advantage of this medicine.

Being in corporate culture i had sleeping issues since long. Tried melatonin and chamomile teas, they use to give me sleep but it was very dull mornings next day. This medicine started showing effect in 3-4 days but i wake up really fresh. Sleep is sound may not be long though.
