This a great way to hit the spot! The advantage of this bit of kit is its mobility, it rolls over the area and as a result seems to find the trigger point more successfully. It is also small enough to carry around in a bag or a pocket. Very good product

Great for precise, targeted massage or all over fluid movements. Feels great to have this much ability to now treat muscle tightness between my clients. So relaxing. Will be recommending this for my clients with fibromyalgia and other pain conditions.

Not terrible but not sure that I'd rave about it. Bought for Myofascial release to help with Fibromyalgia pain. Feels O.K. but not sure how good it really is. I'm on the 3 star fence.

A great product to have lying around the house/bathroom for those uncomfortable achy areas. It does make a positive difference.

I'd hoped it'd cure the cellulite on my legs, and it might but I haven't used it consistently enough to tell. However, it's a great quirky little tool to use on friends and family.

handy little massager

I use this roller massager particularly after a workout. It helps to massage out the aches and pains and works on the deep muscles especially on my shoulders and neck area. Sometimes I can't get to every area that aches like mid back and my husband helps with that. I find it is easy to use and the steel balls roll easily. The only thing is the roller balls are cold like little ice cubes when you first start to use it...and can be hard to handle on bare skin. So I just warm them up a bit by putting the massager between my back and the couch for about 10 minutes. Warms the steel balls up nicely. But if you want the ice cold...which can help with overworked muscles or swelling, go for it! This travels well too, just toss in your luggage.
