Wouldn’t do without it.
Having cramp in legs and feet I take it everyday and it really helps if I don’t I know about it in the night.

Easy to swallow. Neat packaging, so it’s easy to store.

Good value
I find these a little bit chunky and chalky compared to other supplements. Makes them a little hard to swallow but I manage OK. If you are not good with swallowing pills maybe not the ones for you.

Great product
Another great supplement for hormones. Can't say I've felt this normal in ages. If I forget my hormone supplements I can feel the difference. Its amazing how they work so well.
