Very pretty and easy to put together. Comfortable to sit in but the seat cushion is not as thick and fluffy as shown nor is it holding up very well as far as staying cushioned, has flattened out pretty quickly. Wasn't sure if I'd like not having arms on my desk chair but I dont even miss them. Fabric is really soft, still need to figure out the best way to clean it.

Love it! Been using this chair for a year and it’s far more comfortable and elegant than my previous desk chair. Ever since I assembled it, the chair’s height adjustment and 360 swivel have worked smoothly. It has worn surprisingly well with little sign of use, even with hundreds of hours of me sitting in it for work and classes. The only evidence of my existence is the pen mark I can’t remove :( Right out of the box, the goofy little “gift pillow” seemed silly to me, but ever since then, I’ve actually been quite grateful to have it for a little extra support. It helps my comfort and posture to place it at the small of my back. I realize a “real pillow” would be intrusive to the sitting experience so I’m glad to have this one that actually adds comfort! Additionally, I think the pillow makes the chair look nicer. I will add that you are getting what you pay for: the quality matches the price. ($100 when I bought it.) Also, I researched a lot before buying this chair. I wanted a criss-cross chair that was beige with silver wheels. To find that, I looked through dozens and dozens of various options from Amazon, Fred Meyer, Walmart, and even Costco before settling on this one. It was absolutely the right choice. All in all, I’ve loved this chair! I only wish I gotten one with wheels since it’s so heavy and hard to move. I bought the one without wheels because I wanted silver legs rather than black ones… that was more important to me than wheels at the time. If I could go back, I’d get the wheels!!

I've been using this chair for about 6 months now. I love a wide chair so that I can sit criss cross and this is perfect for that - I'm 6 feet tall with long legs and it's a great sized chair for me. Easy to put together! The fabric is starting to slightly wear, but I sit in it almost all day every day so I don't think there's any avoiding it. Reclines a good amount and easy to lock in if you don't want to recline. Affordable for the quality, and haven't had any structural issues. The fabric is soft and the dark color is nice, but because of the kind of fabric it does need to be vacuumed regularly.

Chair is soooo comfy and pretty easy to assemble. The seat is so soft, it’s honestly the most comfortable computer chair I have had. Their customer service is top notch, too!

Very good looking chair, looks super soft, but not sure yet how comfortable it is. The cushioning on the seat is very comfy but the back is hard and the pillow it comes with is not attached so it doesn’t stay where it needs to for comfortability. It does have a lever for going up and down, that works well. It was very easy to put together, took me about 10 minutes. It looks super sturdy and the fabric looks very durable. We will see how comfortable it is after we use it a bit.

Actual product: Pros- Easy to put together, comfortable Cons- Less vibrant than color pictured (I got blue) I was initially sent grey and now have to return the box which is quite cumbersome as it is about 35lbs and very large Overall, I’d get the product again but am disappointed by the shipping mistake, causing the consumer inconvenience.

This chair was everything I wanted at a great price. So comfortable and was so easy to set up. The material is soft and breathable and the chair itself feels like a hug. Some of the screws were a little difficult to align correctly and screw in so we needed better tools to assemble but that was no big deal. Also super lightweight for what it is.

Comfortable enough to sit in, not as comfy as I expected though, Worse, the chair does not roll well at all. It sort of stutters and hangs when you push away from the desk. My administrative director asked for the chair and wanted it to work so I upgraded the wheels but that didn’t help. So I upgraded again to the roller blade wheels. Still no good. This is not an issue that can work for us because she has to be able to move from the printer stand to the desk multiple times a day. It’s a battle each time. When I tried to use her desk, it actually made my hips/back hurt from the effort to roll the chair. Ended up buying another chair and repurposed the roller blade wheels to the new chair. THAT chair rolls like a dream .. so I know that the problem was this chair. Big waste of money.

This chair is just straight up awful and a instant return for me. - The tilt mechanism bolts on with a forward tilting angle so good luck not sliding off the chair. - The seat pan is far to small for a cross legged chair by both width and depth. Even a 100$ walmart special office chair has a bigger seat pan. - The backrest is horrifying. Not only does it sit at an awful angle its made of the densest foam ever, so its like resting against a plank of wood with a t shirt draped over it. - The tilt mech has two settings, 1 locked and leaning forward so you slide out of the chair, and 2 unlocked and tilts so far back you can kiss your own cheeks. Anything in between does not exist. The worst part, is if the seat pan was 15% bigger(like how its depicted in the photos) it would actually be comfy. But between the horrible tilt mechanism and plank of wood they call a backrest its unusable. I cannot stress this enough, the product photos are SUPER misleading and make this chair look way bigger than it is. Even comparing its dimensions to other "criss cross chairs" on amazon this one is about 3" smaller on both width and depth of the chair pan. And I'll tell ya, those 3 inches matter a lot.

I bought this chair because I like to sit cross-legged, but also wanted a comfortable experience and a little support with its taller back support. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been awful. The chair initially looks great - however after only 2 days use, the seat is hard and uncomfortable. I can't actually even fit myself cross-legged on it as the seat is not deep nor wide enough for the intended purpose. I also found that the chair would not move down when I used the control to do so - it only moves up, which isn't helpful when I can't fit under my desk with it! I tried to return it, but its impossible. They want you to send the whole damn thing back at your expense, which would cost just as much as the dang chair, so now I'm stuck with it. For something that is so personal, there should be better return or exchange options. It's not like we can try it out before we buy it! This whole experience leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and a sore back from the chair. Avoid if you are a grown adult -this thing is only good for small children.
