It has no caffeine and so is very good for you. I was introduced to it as part of a controlled diet. Also for health reasons I add lactose milk to it as I actually don’t like the smell but tastes just like drinking coffee without the aroma of coffee beans.

Great coffee alternative. Buying on Amazon makes it more affordable. Individual sachets which you can take out and about which are basically like instant coffee add water and go. Accepted by an ardent coffee drinker as a replacement.

I love this product and was so happy to see it could ship to my location . The individual sachets are a great idea BUT there is such a tiny amount in each sachet - Definately not value for money. I would have to use at least 3 sachets per 8 oz cup of water. I bought the 2 lb size instead . It is super yummy - it is just like coffee and nice and healthy .

Over half the box was filled with sachets like this!!

Portions too small so you need at least two for a decent cup, way more expensive than buying it in the larger packets. You also dont get that "coffee roast" aroma using small servings. I'd stick to buying the larger packets.
