Garcima La Ideal Enamelled Steel Paella Pan 55cm

I do a lot of paella cooking and this is amazing, it’s not great non stick which is perfect for that perfect texture/taste that paella should have. Recommend all day long.

All looks good, I don't know about about heat distribution or cleaning as it is a Christmas present

I bought this one because I have the same in Spain. The quality is great and easy to clean. Perfect to cook the traditional Spanish paella

My large paella pan has just arrived! I’ve bought it for a specific event I’m catering for this week! Looks amazing, exactly what’s required for feeding several people. Only one complaint - unwrapped, lots of paper and huge carton, (well-packed!) inspected... patch of enamel missing from an outer edge! This was not in the packing anywhere, so must have been wrapped and despatched in this state. Very disappointed because I’m unable to return it and seek refund or replacement, because the timing is too close for the event I’m catering!! I’ll keep it and probably try to get the enamel repaired by a skilled DIYer later on. Fortunately it’s not a utensil I am likely to use every week. I’ll ‘season’ that bare metal after initial wash ... I hope it won’t rust whilst stored away. Have absolutely no doubts about its (or my) ability to cook a huge paella this week . . . I think the base of this pan covers all 4 burners on my kitchen gas cooker. Might be better for use outside on large BBQ.

To make paella, which was amazing

This Pan was marvellous but I had to return it as I had ordered too large a size. Return and refund speed exceeded my expectations

De pan stond veel te bol. Een beetje kan, maar dit was veel te veel… retour gedtuurd

This pan is huge! I was able to use over 4 burners, but had to continuously rotate the pan for even cooking. It takes some getting used to cooking in such a large pan, but my paella came out perfect! Cleaning was very easy as well! It was nice that I didn't need to treat this pan.

È come la volevo, e dato che sono un fissato è arrivata perfetta nonostante il pacco non troppo protettivo, sono contentissimo, darei un consiglio al venditore , un po' di pluribal attorno ai manici non guastererebbe

Although extremely bigger than I thought, it was good to make paella for a party!
