Does it include the hologram cards?

This only contains the base set,no holograms!

does this come in the brick that allows us to open individual packs or already broken and put together?

No box, these sets are hand collated from the trading card packs, some by me personally, others are added to my inventory already completed but thoroughly inspected for quality and condition purposes. Any slightly damaged cards are replaced with nm-mint copies so that the set you receive is as advertised. Thank you for your question.
