This is a very nice supplement to have in any diet regime. Propolis is a mixture of pollen, beeswax and bee secretions. This Brazilian green propolis comes from the Baccharis dracunculifolia tree. From what I have seen in my online research, people have been using green propolis for years in different forms for its benefits. So I am happy to have found it. Though it says it is from green propolis the propolis in these capsules is not green. Instead its more of a mustard yellow color. The capsules are average in size and swallow easily with any liquid and they have little odor. There is plenty of propolis in each capsule. This is a 60 day supply though the bottle says there are 30 servings and suggests you take 2 a day (which does not add up). I like that there are not any other ingredients besides the green propolis and the capsule. It was easy to incorporate this supplement in my daily diet. And after taking it for about 3 weeks I have had not had any ill effects from it. I am looking forward to seeing the benefits overtime. I found the price to be quite reasonable for this product too.

Beelife Green Propolis Capsules - A Good Choice
A lot has been written about Propolis, a substance made by bees and used as glue in their hives. Lots of studies have been done about the use and properties of propolis and I encourage you to research what is known. I myself have been using propolis in different forms for years, as a salve and as a propolis honey. This is my first time taking green propolis in capsule form. Green propolis is sourced from Brazil where bees gather honey from Baccharis dracunculifolia, also known as field rosemary. The supplement comes in a sealed jar, has little odor and is easy to take. The capsules are not green but a light sandy color. This is 120 capsules for a 60 day supply at a very fair price. This is also an easy way to take propolis as a supplement.
