Super cute. Bought for myself and my ling distance boyfriend. We love them. At first I received a damaged item but within 2 days a replacement was delivered at no extra cost and without needing to return the damaged one. Great customer service

This is dreadful. It simply doesn't work as described. You need to have both apps open and both on WiFi for the bracelets to work which defeats the whole concept of simply tapping the bracelet and sending a buzz. DO NOT BUY THIS. I bought this so my daughter and I could love buzz each other when she started her new secondary school. It was meant to be a lovely mummy daughter thing.

Tricky to set up. You don't need to have location turned on your phone for it to work but you do need Bluetooth. I charged mine yesterday, had it on most of the day and it still has 85% battery. The app is good and is value for money.

We had to get replacement bracelets sent as the first set didn't work, however after a quick and easy interaction with the seller we got replacements sent and they are absolutely amazing, we love them. Thank you , 😊

Quality control missing. One. of the items loses battery charge. like 10% in under few minutes. I mean I have read the negative feedback but now I just joined their ranks. How come one item works normal and can keep battery and the other not. I cannot even get a replacement. Totally. disappointed.

I got this for myself and my daughter. She gets a bit anxious at school so I thought these would be good to let her know I’m thinking of her and she can do the same. But it turns out that the bracelets need two different phones and needs to be close by. My daughter is too young to have a phone. Unfortunately I feel like I wasted my money

There’s no sync or connection between the two bracelets and it doesn’t vibrate at all. It only lights up 6 times when you touch the screen and that’s it. Its a SCAM, DON’T BUY!!!
