Lovely fire
Excellent fire and love the colour choices for the flame. Looks more expensive than it was and so easy to operate with the remote control

Lovely and cosy
Was easily installed by a professional and fits well into fire surround, replacing a gas fire. I had problems getting the heater to come on and had to contact the seller. He couldn’t have been more helpful and once he had given me step by step instructions everything is working fine. Now I have a cosy fire to sit by. Even on a low heat it soon warms up my room which is quite large. It looks good and in my opinion is excellent value for the money. If the instruction booklet had been a bit clearer I would not have had any problems.

Looks beautiful lit...however....
Looks really good when alight-even with just the flames. The "logs" however are awful-my Grandson said they looked like "dog turds"-and honestly he's not wrong! Also it should have a "normal" plug NOT a sealed unit as as it's an "insert" fire most people would want to put cable through fireplace wall etc not easy when plug is a sealed unit. Wasn't too happy when taking out of box however when in place and lit looks amazing.....warm and cosy. So I give 4 stars not 5 because of the sealed plug and the "dog poo" looking logs other than those 2 faults I would recommend it with the remote control I think it is well worth the money.

Good quality.
Good quality and value for money. Easy to use with remote control. Not noisy. Heat settings easy to use. Quite sturdy. Fits in place.

A very poor display.
The fireplace is of excellent quality, however, the actual flame is very disappointing, it is so small and low down, it looks like a few embers, and a flame which is only about 4 inches high, absolutely nothing like the advert,!!!
