Great product and easy to assemble. We got corn feed to fill the punching bag . Works great! The boxing gloves are well padded and fit great . Perfect for the garage . The husband and grandsons are living it . I had to figure out how to use the headband and red and black balls. Once I knew what I doing it’s been a blast. Very strong grips and hangers . Well made items . Great price for great products.

This set is so cool and perfect for my teenager. It comes with everything you need to hang it from a sturdy beam. You must buy the filler separately as it doesn’t come with it but it’s affordable and totally worth investing in this set! Perfect for the guys, the teens, and even the ladies that like a good boxing/kick boxing workout!

This kit is a great way to start a beginner heavy bag cardio plan. The quality is good enough to get the hang of things without breaking the bank. I wouldn’t use it for kick boxing, but I’m sure it will hold up for boxing cardio. I filled it with shredded cedar from the pet store, and top it off as it packs down. It’s pretty solid and heavy now and retains its shape due to the density of the filling. The boxing gloves are functional, and the other items are nice to have.

Came as expected. Love that all the hardware was included! We already had an anchor placed, so setup was a breeze! I don't pack much of a punch, but this bag handles everything I've dished out.

Awesome boxing bag! Comes with everything you need right out of the package besides filler obviously. Gloves are nice and hardware is excellent quality as well. Design is pretty cool and with everything you get at the price it was definitely worth it. Already used it a few times an holds up really well an isn't as rough as others I've used. Would definitely recommend!
