I love this roll on luggage I have one in pink . The zipper is a magnet that attaches to the lock so you can secure your luggage . I like the color a lot it’s true to the picture. This luggage is actually a lot larger than I thought it would be. I have this luggage in 2 different colors I love it!

Bought this used as I didn't want to pay full price and it's held up so far during the couple of flights I've taken! It did get a bit dirty/ scratched up but as to be expected. I think the quality is good and generally always go for Herschel products. The size was also perfect for the 3 month stay I had abroad!

Only used this 3 times and the zipper broke. Had to tape shut to make it home on a flight. Cute luggage but durability is a zero. We have several Herschel products and all have lasted years, This was our first hardshell luggage by Herschel purchase. Due to order being over a year old, not eligible for a refund. Big waste of money, would not recommend.

This was a gift for my son. He has the backpack and the 21inch and I was able to find the same color so now he has a coordinated set. Their customer service and warranty are the best.

The zipper broke after using it once for a trip. By the time I was home, the window closed for refunds or replacement

I don't get why they wouldn't have the signature red and white stripes on the inside like all their other items do..
