Absolutely love these trays, they are a game changer for meal prep. Easy to use and clean and good quality. I thought that they seemed quite expensive compared to just using a large silicone baking tray, but the solid part of the tray means that they hold their shape when carrying them and they can be stacked on top of each other. I have run them through the dishwasher and they have held up well. They can also be used in the oven, which is great for making small portions of cakes and bakes.

These work great and are easy to use. I've so far used it for soup, chili, apple pie filling and leftover risotto. Freeze food overnight then demould, pop the food blocks into a freezer bag and wash the mold in the the dishwasher and it's ready to reuse for the next meal. It has a metal frame that keeps it upright and does food spilling, very handy for soups. It's not cheap but feels very robust and is clearly marked inside with 125ml and 250ml. I got the dark colour as the reviews I read said the lighter colours stain with chilli and curry.

Well made. Easy to use and easy to get the food out when frozen.. feel like these will last . Like the mental ring in the top to use to get the food out. Helps things cool quickly. I’ve used to many different types of meals and no staining. I put mine in the dishwasher with no noted problems. Capacity appear accurate to level indicators. While they are more pricey than others I like them so much I have bought other sizes available and would not go back. I can’t wait for the stoneware for these to become available in the uk.

Have only used this once so far but loved the size, the sturdy/quality lid. I had filled the soup too high and it over flowed a little but there was no leakage. However I half filled the only 2 x sections with vegan chilli and it has now stained (plus smell) the cubes after a single use. I was under the impression this didn't stain so easily. Have washed it twice and now going to do a vinegar soak to see if it helps!

Happy with my purchase. First time to buy silicon freezer tray but I can say this is of high quality. The material is thick yet flexible. Once the contents are frozen, it is easy to remove. Will buy more to stack.

I absolutely love these! They're so easy to use and make freezing and storing meals in the freezer so much easier. Very Easy to clean also. The hype is warranted.

These are great really good quality. Excellent value for money would recommend. Using them already brilliant.

I've now used these for two different batches of soup. They're sturdy, easy to clean in the dishwasher, and after a minute on the counter, the soup cubes popped out. I put the frozen blocks in a ziploc bag, and voila, someone who wants one portion of soup can thaw it out quickly. I may buy the 2 cup size, too. But it's nice to have the individual portions so you don't have to wait so long for something to thaw and be eaten. Worth the investment.

Fantastic for meal planning it even just freezing leftovers so you don’t have to eat the same thing everyday. 2 portions fit perfectly in the square ikea glass Tupperware boxes so great for reheating. I’ve had them for months now and they wash well.

Great product that has really helped me out with meal prepping. I find this size to be perfect for single servings of soup and means I can make a batch of 8 servings at a time for freezing. Once the soup is frozen solid I can pop the cubes out (which is really easy thanks to the silicon) and store in a freezer bag so that the trays can be used again. This is also useful as the trays take up quite a bit of space in the freezer.

I loved mine so much I bought another set of the 1 cup as a gift for someone who lives alone. She was telling us that when she cooks a large batch of something she has to either eat it for long periods of time or freeze it but has to freeze in a big bowl. I knew these Souper Cubes would be perfect for her! My favorite thing so far to use them for is pre-cooking a large batch of rice and freezing it in smaller portions. Rice may not take a very long time to cook but having some ready and frozen in individual portions makes it convenient for this busy mom. I can vacuum seal them in small bags and the kids can grab one themselvesor I can take a few out for the family. Heating up food from smaller portions makes it thaw faster too! The 1 cup is a great size to get started. You don't have to fill them all the way and they have guide lines inside to show you the volume. I have tried both generic versions and the Souper Cubes official products. I actually prefer the Souper cubes. One of the generic copycat items arrived smelling strongly like plastic or chemicals. Souper Cubes smells like nothing. These are a stronger, thicker silicone that stand up easily on their own. Other brands are thinner and floppy. Souper Cubes came with a hard plastic lid that is easy to stack on. The cheaper ones have a silicone lid that flexes when you stack on top. Souper Cubes also come with some kind of metal frame inside the rim that helps them hold their shape and not flex when filled. You can bake in them but not microwave for this reason. You can not however bake with the lid on! Lid is not oven safe. They wash up very easily too. They cost more than the generic copies but I believe they are worth the investment not just for the convenience but the quality.
