Got this pouch for my backpacking pack. Got tired of stashing my first aid kit in a ziplock bag. The molle goes right on my hip belt so I have access to my first aid kit without taking off my pack. Another great feature is if I want to throw the first aid in another pack I can just unbuckle the front strap and grab the pouch by the handle and pull it off the Velcro without undoing the molle attachment. It’s more spacious than I was expecting and. I like the drop down and the mesh for loose items like safety pins, etc. only thing that I could think would make it better is being waterproof, but overall it’s great quality. This pouch allows me to bring more first aid in the field and stay organized for quick access. There’s a lot of molle stuff out there with everyone going for the tacticool look, and a lot of them are junk. I like versatility and durability in my equipment and this passes the test. This is practical and it works well, built for the person looking to use their equipment and not just participate in a tactical fashion show.

If it didn’t have Wolf Tactical name brand on it you would think it’s one of the the other top brands. This thing is tuff. It has very good quality. I can’t complain a bit. It is on my rush 72 for the Truck. I will be ordering another one, or two for the family bags. One question to Wolf Tactical, where can I purchase more of your stuff?? Seems limited on Amazon. Just the right size. It holds all the bandaids, tourniquets, blood clotting pads and powder and all the rest of the gear that makes up a lot better than average medical kit. This one is for a family of two and a couple of relatives. Seams like a nice, durable bag.

High quality bag, perfectly as described. If there's anything wrong with it, or if I need something that it doesn't have functionally... I have no idea what that would be.Don't forget a little patch for it so if you get hurt, everyone knows you have it to patch you back up. Maybe another for your blood type. Reminds me, I need a "do not resuscitate" patch for it.

Great bag so far. Holds off duty weapon and magazines plus other items. Seems to be well made.

Fantastic for a full IFAK. You could use it as a blowout kit, but it’s a little big for that. It’s design and size are perfect for a tear away aid kit.

Good design and holds a lot of supplies. Keep it in my truck.
