Worked awesome for my 2019 Dodge Challenger. I'm not a handy man, so this sat on my counter for almost 2 months thinking it would be a whole ordeal to swap out. Literally took me 6min with a flat head screw driver. Pop off the ring clips, remove top and bottom from ball joint, and pop on the new ones. Only thing I needed was a stick to hold up the trunk while I removed the old ones. No longer will my trunk fall and hit me in the head. Very strong lift and holds up trunk lid; needs some effort to shut. Awesome for the price.

They are well built and seem like they'll last many years.I purchased the same brand for my wife's 09 Honda Pilot and they work so well that sometimes the tailgate refusals to close by itself.If you need replacement struts, these are it. Based upon quality, price, durability, and everything you need.

Easy to install, works great, and quality seemed to be good. Only thing I saw as an issue is that they each come in a sleeve to keep them compressed and the label for left and right side is hidden under the sleeve, so if you only need one opened, you have to hope you open the correct side or you uncompress both.

5/5. Easy to install on my 2000 4runner but you will want some new nylon washers to limit the wobble. Open great. Even repurposed the nylon theh come compressed in to use as a rear hatch handle.

The struts were surprisingly better than I expected. They fit well and worked well with the weight of the hood providing a smooth and easy closing without a sharp opening. I was pleased with what I ordered and the cost was right.

These are very strong. They were supposed to be replacements for my 2004 trailblazer rear hatch and they do work but are almost too strong. It is difficult for an older person to close now. Easy to assemble though
