This is by far the worst product I’ve ever purchased. From the moment I received the Fire-Boltt device, it has been completely non-functional. I haven’t been able to use it even once! Despite following all the steps provided by the customer support team — including charging, resetting, and trying to turn it on as per their instructions — the device remains dead. To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been horrendous. The customer service number listed on Amazon doesn't work at all. I had to dig through emails to even get in touch with their support team. When I tried reaching out via phone, after waiting endlessly in their electronic queue, no one answered. The level of support is completely unacceptable for any product, let alone one that never worked from day one. After several emails and even being asked to send a video of the issue, I am still stuck with a completely useless device. Their customer service seems more interested in wasting time than actually resolving the issue. I’ve asked for a refund instead of a replacement because I’ve lost faith in both this product and the company. If you’re thinking about purchasing a Fire-Boltt device, save yourself the frustration and avoid it altogether. It’s a waste of money, and the experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Highly disappointed and frustrated.

I really liked this watch, and also there are speakers in this, u can connect it to a phone and play music which is pretty cool, the design and build is awesome, and the magnetic cable feels premium (I play with it) and the 60hz amoled screen feels really good, better than most of the watches at this price range because other watches comes with LCD display but in this you get amoled I loved everything in this watch It's worth your money U should definitely go for it

Genuinely speaking ,the battery life is literally insane ,, i bought it on 10th of Oct , it's currently 23rd oct and it's battery is 75%. I use it for like 5 hrs a day , but still it's insane. It's display is outstanding too , purely amoled. Feels so smooth and it's ui is much fast. It's build quality is better than many others in this price range. It's calling feature is good too. Heart rate monitoring is also good , but I don't use it much. Overall , it's performance is outstanding in this price range. Go for it ❤️
