Great head gear made simple but durable it does what it is supposed to do. I advis buying aftermarket fasteners

This works great for what I wanted even though it came missing the ratchet on the back. That whole part is getting cutoff for an elastic band anyhow.

Mine came with one aluminum nut and that’s it.absolutely no hardware just one nut.What am I sapost to do with this?

The product came in a plastic bag from Amazon no box or instructions or hardware like it shows in ad , just the headgear and the two aluminum screws . With no box could easily been damaged in shipment. Used old hardware from my helmet, the aluminum nuts have a rubber grommet on the inside that’s different from previous aluminum knobs so I don’t know if you’re supposed to use the star spacers with it or not no instructions guess I’ll have to do trial and error to figure it out. Seems to work fine.

This is by far the best headgear for an original fibra-metal hood money can buy, my only complaint is that there aren’t tabs for using a universal sweat band. but hey, the leather one included is very nice! I installed it on a 906 tiger hood and used the original headgear hardware, fit like a charm! I will be buying this product again for every old hood I come across!

Very misleading “some will come with aluminum fasteners and no other parts”. I would really have liked to know that my order wasn't going to come with the “other parts”that keeps the hood from dropping and nothing holding it in place. For this being a more expensive piece of headgear. You’d think it came with the proper hardware.
