The first one I ordered didn't work. The remote was DOA. (I have extensive experience with IR technology and know how to check for IR hex coded). Ordered a second one and it worked perfect. The light itself produces just the right amount of light for our laundry room. Having a remote to choose settings is a nice feature but oddly, you must set 'color temperature'(Cool - Natural - Warm) on the back side while the light is not mounted. I particularly like the fact that is has a 5 second delay setting because I use an ESP32 with an LDR sensor to flash a warning over the outside of both entry doors, that the room is occupied when the light is on. This keeps my wife from freaking out when she is in there and I want to go through.

Removed 25 year old utility room light. I had planned to run wires and add a switch to a wall when we step into our utility room that it never had. The switch was on the exit door. After doing lil room cleaning I decided to work on it and it hit me why run wires, drill holes etc to do all of this. I wonder if there is a large led wired motion light. Went on Amazon and Found this one. Probably took all of ten minutes to remove old light, screw in new base, connect wires and done. Light has a remote with every option you can think of. 3 color choices, multiple brightness settings, 5sec, 30sec, 1min, 5min time on setting or just set it to on to work with a normal switch. Has a sun sensor as well if your room is bright during the day it can be set to not turn on until room is dark enough for light to be needed. The motion sensor has multiple option from very sensitive like it almost senses you through the wall approaching to a less sensitive wait till you open door and step in setting. Played with it till I got it just right and works exactly how I wanted. Super bright for my room, flat maybe 1” thick flush on the ceiling to where it’s barely even noticed. We will see how long is last but for the price and ease I’m happy.

I bought this light for a laundry room that only had a switch on one side. The light’s motion sensor worked great for 6 months but now it doesn’t turn off. The light itself still works with the switch but the motion part is not entirely functional.

My family is getting spoiled with these motion sensor lights around the house! These are perfect for pantry’s, laundry rooms, closets and guest bathrooms!

Purchased for its thin profile and motion sensor capability for my cabins porch project. This serves to automatically come on to provide stairway lighting. The warm coloring matches the other additional soffit lighting I installed on a switch for the parking lot for lighting to load and unload the car. Cabins remote with no light pollution so if the moons not out it’s dark! The wattage is very low also so OffGrid friendly. Great product so far.. even working into the low teens in temperature. I’ll update any problems..
