This most definitely works! I would say depending on your schedule. Take around 5pm. Don't take during the day. Wait until evening time your time. Sometimes its been early morning ive had to go. And other times before bed. So I always take around 5om or 6pm once im home for the day.

I don’t know If it’s me or what but this didn’t work at all. I thought it was matter of time for it to work but after taking it for days I noticed that it wasn’t working at all

I completed the 10 days. This product did nothing at all for me. I didn't notice any changes and definitely did not go the restroom. Total waste of money for me.

The councept is good, the ingredients seem to be good, but it did not do a thing for me, even with a dosage of 5 pills at a time. At 5 it seemed I had mild gurgling in the intestines. No noticeable improvement in bowel movements. Other peoples bodies may react differently, it was just not working for my sluggish system.

With any of these supplements I'm also not sure I see any difference in taking them, but like to think I'm making a difference with taking them. These are non flavored capsules. They are moderately sized compared to others I've tried, so not sure why they say mini. The directions say to keep adding a capsule a night, but to what end? I stopped at 3 and these seem to get things moving. $13.98 for 60 capsules (says for a 10 day cleanse, so you could use more than 1x or longer). At the time of writing this there was a $5 off coupon. I received this product for free through Vine, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

This has been a great addition to my gut health repair. Easy to swallow, great value for this type of product and so far I can see how much it is helping with my detox.
