Great tool, you won't be disappointed
I work on automobiles mainly as a hobby after retirement. I was a professional automotive technician and manager for 4 decades but I still love repairing vehicles. I purchased this scope for the times where I needed to look inside an engine's cylinder walls and cylinder heads. I have used this several times in the past weeks and for the money, it is excellent. The pictures are very clear and you can zoom in and out. You can take still pictures and review them afterwards. The articulating camera helps you to look at the combustion chamber of the head and the cylinder walls. The battery life seems excellent as I haven't charged it yet from when I took it out of the box. Speaking of box, it has a very nice case that keeps the tool protected. It is easy to use and the dial feature to move the camera head around works well. Since the camera moves side to side, you have to move the "snake" around to get the angle you need but I am getting used to that. Overall, I am very happy with this tool and while there are more expensive versions out there, this one works well for me so far.

Great for automotive inspection
This was purchased to replace a different brand and model. And happy I did because detail maneuverability flexibility and length of reach was first Superior in every way. Pictures are details of the inside of the cylinder chamber of the LS7 engine and my 2006 ZO6 Corvette! Though because I took them with my phone camera they don't reflect the absolute clarity of the actual camera. The added functionality of being able to manipulate the end of the probe 180° in each Direction to the point where the camera can look back on the cable it's attached to, isn't outstanding very useful feature. Images are high quality, the build is very well put together and excellent value for the price

It Works and helped me with an otherwise impossible job
I have a few things I need to do following a new construction project where I need to see into very tight or awkward places with precision. In this case I needed to fish a wire from inside a linear fireplace through a hole that I can't see in a place that I could barely fit my arm and then go up a wall into another box. This allowed me to see what I was doing just enough that I was able to achieve it which was critical. The picture quality was excellent. As long as the camera isn't right up against the 2x4 and shining a light the lighting is great cuz it is a bright light but if you press the tip all the way into a flat surface of course with or without that light you're just going to be looking at a piece of a wall so while I know there's some complaints about the brightness of the light I don't think it impacted my work where it mattered and I haven't checked but if it doesn't support turning light down that would be a nice feature but it wasn't a deal breaker at all. House like that it's a very small camera compared to the other ones not much smaller but you know enough that it still makes a difference I need to find a bathtub drain in a ceiling so that I can open up the ceiling and put a mechanical vent in there. While I roughly know where it's at this will help me locate it precisely with just a quarter inch hole in drywall which is easily patched and then I can make a precision cut in a ceiling to put the vent where it's going to need to go without having to have multiple cuts which would require multiple patches so endless use cases you find yourself trying to work in places where you can't see what's in or behind something.

Good camera w/ smooth articulation
Good camera for what it is intended to do. It gets into small inaccessible areas and does well for close up views. Very smooth articulation and clear viewing screen. Good value for the price.

Seems good
Looks and feels nice compared to some other chinese borescopes I've used. Resolution/image quality is on par with their competitors, that is to say, not high definition. You will struggle to make out any real fine details, but is good enough to see most of your cylinder crosshatch/scoring for diagnostic purposes. Part of the problem making out fine details is the focal distance is over 1". Common for these cheaper borescopes, but would be nice if we could get one at 1/4" focal distance for this price. Cable housing is flexible metal clad conduit of some sort making it still enough to hold whatever form you bend into it. This aids in guiding it around corners by pre bending the path shape into the conduit, but makes it near impossible to rotate the conduit by hand so you can't turn/twist the cable 360 degrees to give you more visual. Camera head is smack dab on at 1/4" OD to easily fit in modern spark plug holes that the 8mm (1/3") ones struggle with. Return to center mark on the thumbwheel is not highlighted for quick visual reference, but easy to rectify with a paintpen of your favorite color. I had an old head so impressed that he decided to replace his Snap On one with something like what I have. The Snap On was only a few years old, and had noticeably poorer picture quality at a grossly higher price. I'll update if I have any durability issues over time, but I expect it to hold up just like my Teslong one has.

affordable. Good for engine cylinders.
Pretty affordable at about $250 CAD. I bought this mainly for looking into engine cylinders. Work's good but you still have to awkwardly twist the cable around to see everything. A scope with full articulation would be ideal but they are pricey. I like how small the camera is and the shorter length of the cable. I don't know how well it would work going into tight spots with lots of bends. Seem's like it would be to awkward. It's also quite easy to become disoriented. I hope I can track down a replacement battery when the time comes. So far I am pleased with it and it should come in handy.

Great for Routing Wire in Places with no visibility.
I used this camera to look inside of my roof eave to help determine where to drill a 3/4” hole through a 2x4 inside my roof eve that had no visibility from my attic. I also used it to then figure out how to feed my Poe network wire through this hole to another hole created in my attic. Maneuvering the camera to do this took quite a bit of time to get used to, but I don’t think I could have completed this project as easily or at all without this tool. I learned a lot about my attic and roof in the process by actually being able to see inside these covered spaces. I’d highly recommend this tool for the price if you’re doing similar work. Seems priced appropriately for what it is.
