Notice the difference in your breathing capacity!!!
I started using these filters a few months ago and have since noticed such a difference in my breathing ability. I can now swim further, walk further etc. etc. It is helping me to cut down on cigarettes because I can see the amount of tar that is going into the filter, instead of it going into my lungs!! Well worth the price and one filter lasts for quite a few cigarettes!
