I was skeptical at first because I have sensitive skin but I tried it and the results omg... I have dull sensitive combo asian skin and I'm obsessed. I tried it out in the morning... I cleansed then toned then added this product then layered it with the cosrx snail essence and I think that was the best combo... its hours later and my skin is still glowing and moisturized... after doing those steps I added moisturizer then sunscreen and I can't stop looking at my skin it's never looked this glowy definitely repurchasing for years I think might be my new holy grail

This product is perfect for my skin. I have a sensitive skin so it’s hard for me to find a product that I don’t breakout. Ive been using this for years now.

It's ehh.. I bought it wanting to try something new and niacin related. Don't see THAT much of a difference but did see slight brightening effects after 3 weeks. Must use it consistently to see results.

Water consistency, no harsh scent, absorbs fast. I like that it contains 5% niaciminade. Studies have shown that anything niacinamide higher than a 5% concentration can be irritating to skin and actually cause purging/dermatitis/breakouts. It’s best to start off with 5% before trying any higher concentrations. I have sensitive skin so I will only stay at 5%. This is a very thin liquid consistency water, which is exactly what an essence should be. Those complaining about how thin it is, an essence is made to be used AFTER cleansing, either after your toner or if you don’t use toner then THIS would be your second step right after cleansing. After your essence you would apply your serum and then finish off with moisturizer. This is not a moisturizer so stop expecting it to do that because it’s not meant to. This is an essence, meant to deliver active ingredients (the niacinamide) deep into the skin layer, hence why it is very thin and absorbs quickly! Make sure to pat it in not rub. Those with very dark or deep scars may not see drastic effects or any effects at all. It all depends on how long you have had the hyperpigmentation for and your skin tone, etc. Textured scars like icepick scars and etc will not really benefit from this because niacinamide controls sebum production and pigmentation, not really texture. An acid would be better for skin texture or laser or microneedling. The KEY is to be consistent and stick with it and you will notice your face will develop a nice glow. You should also be using sunscreen religiously every single day and NOT tanning, or else you are working against your progress. I would try a product out for 6 months minimum before noticing anything, that’s standard with anything. Hyperpigmentation depending on the level of damage, can take 6 months to 2 years to go away or lighten. This didn’t fade my old hyperpigmentation and scars as much as I wanted it to (and that’s expected because they are old and from very deep cystic acne which would benefit more from intense treatment like acids, laser or micro needling) BUT now that I’ve got my acne under control I noticed that anytime I do have a new blemish it will cut the healing time in half and now my new blemishes never leave a mark or it goes away much more quickly! My oil production has also lessened which I love! The package did not come with a safety seal and box was not taped, however, I don’t believe many products in Korea have safety seals (I think that is more of a US thing). However, box was in good condition and didn’t look suspicious or opened, and there was the correct amount of product in the bottle! Keep in mind no bottle dropper is completely full to the brim, there must be space to allow for the dropper and to pick up product efficiently.

Been using it for a couple of weeks now haven't seen much improvement. Its an ok product. Will not buy again.

I’ve been using this product for a month and I have noticed that it has helped my skin get a more even skin tone. I personally like it and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their skin.
