Incredible!
Beautiful on the outside. Dead-silent and super fast. Highly recommended! As for the version, 32GB is a must and if you find it with 2TB SSD, go for it, you won't regret it.

Extremely disappointed
SSD stopped working after only two weeks of use. There’s no local support in the UAE, and instead, they just sent written instructions on how to fix it myself. Not everyone is tech-savvy, and it shouldn’t be the customer’s job to repair a brand-new product. Really disappointing, especially for something this expensive and supposedly high-end. This was my first time trying a mini PC, and it’s been a terrible experience.

Disappointed
I returned this device just two days after purchase because it required me to reinstall Windows three times within 24 hours. I noticed the operating system was unstable, and it also crashed when I connected an external SSD for no apparent reason. Despite the device's powerful capabilities thanks to its modern processor, it would freeze when I tried to play a high-definition movie, indicating a hardware malfunction. I had hoped to keep it because its features were excellent, its price was lower than all its competitors, and it performed well and quickly. However, my hopes were dashed by these flaws, which render it unreliable.

BIOS Setting
Login to BIOS setting not possible. Both DEL and F7 are not responding during startup and restart !!!
