Will this fit a full suspension 29er MTB

Hi, If I understand your question correctly, the best way to know is to DETERMINE THE SIZE OF YOUR (HANDLEBAR) STEM CLAMP. The DIAMETERS could range from 22.xmm to 35mm. I think today's most common size is probably 31.8mm. The number may be printed or etched on your STEM. If not, the DIAMETER number may be printer or etched on your handlebar. If you can't find it, check with the bike manufacturer, bike retailer, or person that sold that bike. If none of those work, you should take the bike to a local bike shop to determine the size for you. Hope this helps. Cheers and good luck!

Is this handlebar matte black or shiny black?

it's more matte then shiny but it does have some smoothness to the matte finish making it a little more reflective then a straight matte finish imo

Do these accept bar end shifters?

I don't know the answer for sure. They do accept Mirrycle mirrors, and a lower cost similar handlebar from Amazon would not accept them even though the outside diameter was the same. In other words, this handlebar has pretty standard mountain bike dimensions. You didn't ask for this advice, but if you are switching from a road style drop bar (the usual bar end shifter setup) you should consider getting a compatible trigger shifter. They work great with this handlebar.

What's the bar diameter toward the ends of the bar?

The external diameter is 7/8 inches. But internal diameter is 3/4 inches or 19mm. This was too narrow for me to add end-bar shifters that I had and had to return the bars. Vendor should provide that info - especially for bars that are for cruisers where customers like that style on the end cap. The bars get pretty narrow at the end.
