I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain my entire life. STRESS! I finally found the perfect neck and shoulder massager, especially for women. The reason I say this is because women typically have narrower necks than men and this item gets right into the facets on both sides of the cervical vertebrae at the same time. The roller balls are large enough to dig deep and it's a well made powerful massager. I'm going to buy another as backup, since nothing lasts forever! PHENOMENAL!

This may replace a lot of husbands, just sayin'.It may not look like much, but this thing rules! It has put its fair share of work in and helps tremendously with any knots or body pains you may have. Carry bag is really nice quality. However, you will need a power source - not a deal breaker at all.

I would recommend out of all the others out there of these; the only thing is that it has to be plugged in, and I would like to you it in areas of my home that I don’t have a close enough outlet.

I bought mine almost two years ago. I've bought a few different brands over the years and with once daily use they have lasted 18-24 months. This one stopped working this week but the material did not tear through as other brands have done. As another reviewer said, when I first ordered this it stopped working almost immediately. But customer service was excellent (the contact number is on a tag right on the product) and after he had me try it with the car charger (no results) he shipped me out a new product. It has lasted these two years. I am ordering this brand again.

Very flexible to use. I use it daily on my neck before stretching exercises to treat my neck range of motion.

This product is great for those knots in the neck, lymphatic drainage! I love it, been the key to self care I’ve been looking for . Definitely worth the price - you will love it.

This is really good massager. It gave me back range of motion in neck and shoulder area. I didn’t realize how tense that area was working at my computer all day until I couldn’t move without aching.

This is the third brand of massager that I have bought of this kind. I broke the first two because of how much I used them. I had some serious sinus/ neck issues and those two got me to almost the point of healed and then I got this one.This one is powerful. But I definitely don’t like it as much as the other two. It doesn’t fit in the spots as good comfortably and what I despise the most is the fact I can’t choose what mode to have it on because it switches back automatically no matter what.On the plus side, the fabric covering the massage heads is the best quality I’ve seen.
