Installation process was very smooth. The carpenter came and installed the lock within couple of hours. Was able to also provide a proper demo of all the features. The main plus point of this lock is doorbell connect. But to be honest, it is little wonky. Works for around 60-65% of the times but not always. Even though the wifi connectivity throughout the flat is good. It needs to be improved but otherwise the build quality and the user interface of the lock is pretty seamless. No complaints so far. Highly recommend the product.
