Don't buy waste of money

These are ok. Helpful in moisturizing heels. Would be nice to have closed toes though, so you can put lotion on the rest of your feet and not have it get everywhere

These heel socks are a genius idea for softening heels, keeping skin supple and ending cracked heel pain. I have not washed them yet but I would think they could be machine washed in cold water and air dried to avoid damaging the gel. One size fits all. Very helpful for those with chronic cracked heels.
