I works perfect although it was a gift to someone and he loves it

Product is what they say it is, the outer glass front cover and install tool kit. The main issue is there are no instructions. What they fail to mention in the product listing, is that your phone has a paper thin adhesive layer that must be removed and placed on this new cover in order for it to work. I ordered this thinking I could replace the glass and repair my phone but it renders the phone inoperable because it is virtually impossible to remove the adhesive screen from the old cover to the new one. I recommend buying the screen replacement which is quite a bit more expensive, or simply replacing the phone

THIS IS NOT A SCREEN REPLACEMENT THIS IS A SCREEN PROTECTOR.

It's a waste of time. There's no way to keep from destroying the screen under the glass. I'm pretty mechanical when comes to repairing thing but digging under the glass is a 50/50 chance you'll destroy the foil under the glass. Try at your own risk

it's just a glass screen and when replacing the screen on samsung phones the lcd screen will come out with it and if your screen is black its also needs the lcd so really pointless to purchase this because it doesn't come with lcd
