Great product overall. Spend time save money.
This works pretty well. The only thing that sucks is you can't buy just the tubes that these go on that connects to the hose. So you'll have to save your old ones from buying bunch o balloons. The product itself is great. I think the balloons are a little on the weak side as several broke just from trying to put them on. It does take some time to do this process but it saves money in the long run. My process is to put 9 or 10 rubber bands on each of the tools then put all the balloons on the hose connector tubes then transfer the bands to the balloons. If you had 2 people one doing each part it would be much quicker. Overall I think it takes about 15 minutes for me to do the whole process for 1 set of 37 tubes.

The product works exactly as it is intended. Convenient if you want to refill "bunch filler" ahead of time using biodegradable balloons and not fill with water just yet. Biodegradable balloons tend to loose volume if you fill night before or hours before. I did not time it, but i'm guessing same amount of time to fill equal amount of balloons and tie individually. I will update post filling balloons.

Works well, saves a lot of money!
Works as advertised. It's a little time consuming reloading the balloons on to the stems, but kids seem to like the activity of reloading as well. Saves you a lot of money versus buying preloaded balloons. Will purchase again.

Works if you need to make ahead. Doesn’t save time it’s probably faster to refill billions individually.

balloons are fine but the plastic faucet attachment did NOT WORK AT ALL! It is the cheapest piece of plastic and doesn't fit or work. This rendered our water balloons for our son's birthday party useless (who has time to fill 1000 water balloons?!?!) and we had disappointed little boys. I should request a refund. Please don't waste your money.
