My favorite brand of rice paper.

I have been buying and enjoying Vietnamese Summer rolls for years. But when our local restaurant closed I decided to learn how to make them myself. And after some typical classic fails, I found these 25cm round Rice Paper Wrappers. They are just a little bigger than the ones you most often find in you local stores or even Asian Supermarkets. The extra size of the round has made me look like a Summer Roll expert...and think it will for you as well. Have fun and ... enjoy. P.S. The secret to thinning out the peanut butter for the dipping sauce is "water!" Crazy but it works. Not more oil. Keep adding water and stirring until the desired creaminess.

This brand is far superior to the Blue Dragon ones that are a bit smaller and always broken. The Three Ladies brand arrived without any of them being broken. Better quality which made them easier to work with and a nice thickness for rolling spring rolls. My Vietnamese friends use this brand and they are right, it is so much better than other brands. I was very happy that not even one of the rice paper sheets was broken. I will order again.

These rice papers are delicious! I make spring rolls stuffed with shredded cabbage, carrots, scallions shrimp. Pork. Stuff with anything you prefer. Soak rice paper in warm water for 10 seconds and start to roll your ingredients. Do not let them Touch or they’ll stick together.They can be frozen on a cookie sheet and baked in the oven, air fryer, sautéd in a frying pan. Many different recipes on internet. Purchased many times!

Great. I made rolls with cucumber, carrots and avocado. They came out great. A little hard to work with but I made it work.

I love these and always keep them on hand for Vietnamese pizza. They are much larger than grocery store options. They shipped beautifully, with no broken pieces. ♥️
