Love this Frisket Masking paper. As a card maker I have used the little yellow 3M sticky notes for years. The sticky notes work - but this works much better! The whole sheet is low tack sticky instead of just a little strip. I keep the backing from each mask and re-affix to back of masks for storage. I find I can use the same mask over and over....a great time saver for the pieces that are detailed fussy cut masks. I highly recommend this product...you won’t be disappointed!

I have left this on canvas for several days with no ill effects. Don’t know if it’s the same on synthetic paper

The material is great because it does not deform, so maintains it's alignment, but the tack is so strong I had difficulty placing multiple strips adjacently. Also, in cutting with a laser, the frisket material melted back from the cut line is some areas if the cut was too slow, leaving uneven edges. The material is great for it's original use, but for my uses, I will have to try the other, normal tack, thicker version next time.

This product was exactly what I wanted and nothing I was trying to avoid. It is easy and clean to cut. It is tacky enough to do the job with no paint running under the edge. Best of all, no adhesive was left behind on the surface when it was lifted. Great product!

I put the Grafix frisket over a preliminary drawing of white flowers on a gessoed panel. I then spattered painted darker colors in egg tempera over the area. The frisket was in place for no more than 1 hour. When I removed it, it left behind a sticky goo. Definitely, users MUST TEST this frisket before using it on an actual painting or project! It was easy to cut with an Xacto blade. It covered and did it's masking job well. But now I have a sticky problem to fix. Easy to Use = 5 stars. Value for money.... 3 stars? Sticky tacky goo = 1 star. And a few tears... :-(

Stretch was moderate, but adhered well to the surface. Used epoxy paint, and the film showed no wrinkling - I've run into this with other film mfgrs and other paints. I actually forgot to remove the film - pulled the film off the following day, and was rewarded with nice sharp edges, with no leakage under the film. I will certainly use this product again. :-)

I can't say I've tried everything, but I'm still trying to find what this is designed to adhere to. It was very disappointing, to say the least. At least it was relatively cheap; that and the "low-tack" claim is absolutely true!

Great product. Stick to canvas or surfaces nicely. Will buy again.

This worked great for mural painting. No bleed. Easy to cut. Just the right amount of tack on latex painted wall.

Tenía mis dudas acerca de este producto pero lo probé y sirvió tal como lo prometen. Es una capa muy fina de plástico autoadherente que se adhiere lo suficiente como para mantenerse fijo mientras uno pinta, pero que no se adhiere tanto como para maltratar el sustrato. Soy fan!

I bought this for sketching animals. It works really well for the fur. It arrived quickly and works very well.
