These work great, they keep my wrists from getting sore when doing body works classes with light weights. Easy to put on and remove. Obviously (or not) the tightness adjusts to my comfort level.

I was undergoing PT for my wrists from a workout injury and this allowed me to still put pressure and lift everyday things like groceries, boxes, etc., while recovering. They're also good after PT for adding stability to your wrists. I also like that they're easy to put on and take off without having to obstruct the fingers like a glove or mitten style covering.

Leaves marks on skin because the cushion is so textured. I have very small wrists so I do appreciate that it's adjustable but it's not particularly high quality. I'm a sonographer and use it at work when I have to push down on heavy patients
