Bought this to use temporarily as my Mitutoyo is in Saudi Arabia. Seems decent and has easy to read numbers. Came supplied with 2 LR44 batteries and in my rush to use it , I opened the spare battery without checking the unit.

Measurement accuracy is good. But product seems very weak. Can be used for occasional measurements at home. If you are a frequent user, better go for metal calipers. They are providing battery also. Protective case being provided for dust protection.

I would clear one doubt for the buyers, the product is good quality. I got the carbon fiber one and worth the price and quality. If you are confused which to prefer steel or carbon fiber. I suggest carbon fiber if you want to use it for electronics diy projects,3d printing etc. For heavy works like metal pipe measurements, welding activities please choose the steel one.
