This high-protein bar is delicious and I don't feel guilty when I have one. It helps with your weight loss program. I will purchase again.

Full disclosure, I am not on a GLP-1, but I do eat a ton of different protein bars on a regular basis to a) curb cravings to lose weight and b) sneak more protein into my diet.Maybe I'm just missing it, but I can't find nutrition facts or ingredients in the product listing, so I'm including photos of what's on the box with my review. Macros are pretty good in my opinion: 15g protein for 160 calories, 4g fiber, 5g fat and 18g carbs. There are 9g added sugars, which is more sugar than I personally shoot for in a protein bar, and for having that amount of sugar they really are not that sweet.This brings me to my next point--the main thing I actually like about these bars is that they don't have that sickly sweet taste that some other bars do (usually ones with a lot of sugar alcohol--these only have 2g). The downside of that is that you don't have all that sweetness to mask the protein-y, "healthy" taste, and they don't cut my sweet tooth quite as much as some other bars do, despite containing more sugar.As far as value, these fall right around what I would normally pay for a protein bar and what I think most bars on the market are priced at. Overall, I think these are a solid option to switch things up if you're sick of your current brand or want something different in your rotation.

These taste worse than competitors and have a strange protein profile. Protein grams per calorie ok. The company name is also unappetizing.

Yummy caramel and a pretty dense bar. It's got great fiber and protein content and doesn't taste bad at all. Great to start the day with on busy mornings and getting a solid snack on the go.

I love these protein bars because they taste great. I usually don't like the taste of protein bars because I feel like they always have a weird taste to them. It was not the case with these snack bars. I loved eating these because of the flavor and felt like I always wanted another after eating one. The protein bars are packed with protein and great vitamins inside.
