It really helped the man-childs (aged 52) back
A gift for hubby-ish's back and my ears!He had a sore back and kept moaning about it, this has really helped his back. The dog loves that he was laying on the floor and couldn't get up so spent a few minutes licking his face 🤣

Does crack your back and feel good
Does get some getting used to and have to ease yourself up to the higher settings which it did say that in the instructions. It felt nice though when my back went crack crack crack, which was the reason I bought it

Not Bad.
First impression - Quality seems nice.Assembly - It's hard to assembly since it is new. However once it gets used to the bend, it is way easier to change levels.Issue - I weigh around 85kg, which is within the limit. But on the lowest setting, I experienced that it doesn't hold well. However once switched to the middle level it is holding properly now.

Felt the "Click-click-click" of the stretch in my back (in a good way)
Like many, I sit hunched over a computer for most of my day. I haven't really got back pain, but there is definitely tightness and stiffness caused by decades of back neglect. And regular arms-raised stretches aren't cutting it anymore. The LyfeFocus back stretcher is well made - it's plastic, but feels good solid quality. And the memory foam topper (sealed in a zipped up pillow) adds a level of comfort and "premium" feel. There is some initial assembly required, but if you follow the instructions and it's straightforward to connect the top board.Sitting down on the floor, I placed at the base of my back and slowly lay backward. I immediately felt the stretch and "Click-click-click" of my back (in a good way) as the stretch took hold. It's a little uncomfortable resting in the stretch position at first (you need 4-5 mins for a good stretch), but your back does relax after20 seconds or so, and it becomes easier. After a week of daily use, I felt time to increase the angle of the stretch. I adjusted the board to the second level and repeated the stretch. Again, intense at first, but after 20 seconds or so, your back relaxes and it becomes easier. There is further level to increase but for now, it's a bit steep (I tried it, but my back isn't ready for that intensity just yet). But I'll try again in a few weeks if my back can take it.Overall, a well made back stretcher that you really do feel the benefit of a good assisted stretch.

Needs a little perseverance ...
I suffer from back and neck pain, especially when I have been hunched over a computer all day, so thought I would give this a go.It took me a while to get the board into the base, but I managed in the end helped by the instructions! It is something that will take a while to get used to. I have been using the beginner's level and it felt very uncomfortable at first. I am quite thin and so my backbone is prominent, and I did feel a bit of pain in my spine at first after a couple of minutes. But I have been persevering, and I have to say that I can definitely feel some relief as my back is stretched. I have managed to increase the number of minutes, and have also tried it out on my office chair, using the handy strap. It is something that will still take a bit of getting used to, but as I am feeling some relief and relaxation in my back, I am going to keep at it, and once I have mastered the beginner's level, I will try out the next stage of the arching! I am not sure I will ever reach the more extreme arch though!

Snapped
I bought the back stretcher 6 weeks ago and have used it daily getting excellent repeat from a problem with forward posture.Tonight, the board snapped making the device redundant. It snapped where the board is weakened by the holes for the magnetic inserts are placed. This is a design fault.6 weeks use is not what I call value for money.

Back Pain Relief in Minutes!
This LyfeFocus back stretcher has been a lifesaver for my aching back! I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, which often leads to stiffness and pain in my back and neck. This stretcher provides amazing relief in just a few minutes. The curved design with the memory foam topper comfortably supports my spine and helps to decompress the vertebrae. I can adjust the arch to different levels, depending on how much stretch I need. It feels amazing to lie on it and feel the tension release from my back.I also appreciate the chair strap, which allows me to use the stretcher while sitting at my desk. It's a great way to improve my posture and prevent back pain throughout the day. The dark grey color is subtle and blends in nicely with my office chair. The stretcher is lightweight and portable, so I can easily take it with me when I travel. It's also easy to store, as it folds flat. I've been using this back stretcher regularly for a few weeks now, and I've already noticed a significant improvement in my back pain and posture. If you're looking for a simple and effective way to relieve back pain and improve your posture, I highly recommend this LyfeFocus back stretcher.
