This is comfortable for floor postures, but a bit spongy for standing/balancing posture as it is quite thick.It is a bit slippy too compared to other mats I have used.

Magda: I was looking for a cheap, non-slip mat, and this is exactly what I wanted. All in a nice colour. I have a Lifeform mat, and this mat can easily be compared to it. I like the pattern, which helps keep your hands in place while you are in the down dog. As long as you keep the correct posture, all stay in one place. Also, the mat isn't too sticky, so it doesn't cling to your back. Although, I have to say I am missing my alignment lines on it. If it comes to durability, I can guess this mat will wear quite quick. Of course, this is based on my opinion when using similar pattern mats.

Nice colours, stays completely flat on the ground and doesn’t slip. Only drawbacks are it’s not extremely thick so doesn’t offer a lot of comfort from hard floor, and doesn’t hold up against more energetic workouts done in shoes- the blue material wears away, chips off, and ends up on all the floors around the house. Great for yoga/pilates
