A freedom restorer!
This scooter is absolutely perfect for giving me back the freedom of mobility that I wanted. It easily folds and fits into the small trunk of my car. It's easy to use and holds a charge for a long time. I used it on a cruise and didn't need to recharge it at all that week. We took it out for one long day to test out the milage and it went around 16 miles before it dropped down to one bar. It is quite speedy, causing my children to slow jog if I have it at top speed. For a long trip I do recommend a seat cushion because the seat is a bit hard . Overall this was a great value and is perfect for what I needed.

Poorly built, poor quality.
The first one shipped to us for Christmas 2024 had a broken seat release to fold down the seat. The replacement was initially ok but is used only for appointments and rare outings from our home and has already stopped charging and key switch no longer works. The battery will charge when removed the without the key switch actually turning on the scooter it is a useless brick. It has perhaps a cumulative 15 hours of use and maybe 5 miles of light use since it was received in January 2025. I would strongly caution anyone against buying this scooter. We just discovered it isn’t charging via charging port on the mast and key switch isn’t working while already away from home so as I write this review I’m at my son’s baseball game with a non ambulatory 82 year old who will sit in the minivan (still summer heat here in CA) the whole time. Do not buy this thing.

Scooters for the disabled
Easy to set up and use, but if you’re a large person, you need something more larger and sturdier

Small
My husband is 5'10 and this is too small for him. I'm 4'10 and suits me fine but I don't need one.

Easy to use.
It takes the 2 of us to put it in the back of the jeep. We live it! Works great. Sold one to our friend.

Light weight and exceptional quality
This scooter is far better than those priced between $400 & $500. I don’t know however if it’s worth $1200.00. I would encourage the model with the removable battery. Product is really light especially when battery is removed.

S3 Glashow scooter purchased through Amazon defect in control panel?
I would like a refund or replacement for this item. It was only used about 12 times when it was purchased and hasn’t worked since. I have sent pictures and videos to the and with no satisfaction. The battery wasn’t the issue and the seller suspects it’s the control panel. Please respond. Rose Laurin-Kristensen When will get a replacement or refund for this item..The scooter is unusable.

not truthful in ads
1. does not break down to fit in a trunk 2 seat not adjustable. if you sare not a little person its a fight to get into the seat. designed for very short people an seat does not go forward or back plus seat does not turmn or swivel to allow a person to board. 3. no height adjustment on seat. 4 Tiller not adjustable, like most scooters 5.Range overstated, |I barely got 3 miles on a full charge, before battery exhausted. 6. no turn signal or brake light. virtually no customer service or help with these problems!
