I had a laser engrave a long time ago and that thing was a disaster. This one was 1/4 of the price and I hit the ground running burning designs and cutting materials. Super easy to use and a lot of content from AtomStack to use. I actually use a craftcutter’s software to manipulate my designs then transfer them to the AtomStack software for the laser. The system is a great price for the excellent quality. Easy to set up, works very well and accurately overlays projects. I highly recommend! PS I did purchase a PVC case to enclose this for ventilation.

This system is fantastic! I have zero experience with lasers and in minutes I had my first Engraving done! The free software from Atomstack- both the phone app and the Atomstack Studio computer program are fairly simple but still offer the ability to manipulate your outcome to fully use the ability of this 10W Laser. Online support groups and videos have been my greatest help but when I reached out to Atomstack on thier Facebook page, I got great customer service and help! I look forward to years of creations while learn more ways to use my new laser engraver and cutter! I highly recommend the honeycomb mat and air assist device available here on Amazon.

La ATOMSTACK A5 Pro V2 es perfecta si estás empezando en el mundo del grabado láser, ya que su curva de aprendizaje es muy sencilla y no requiere ser un experto para obtener buenos resultados desde el primer día. El montaje es rapidísimo: en varios minutos la tenía lista siguiendo las instrucciones claras (todo viene bien organizado y numerado). Una vez encendida, la precisión es increíble gracias al punto láser comprimido; he grabado textos finos, logos y diseños detallados en madera con una nitidez que me sorprendió para un láser de 5W. La velocidad de grabado es alta y se nota . Además, corta materiales delgados sin problema. El área de trabajo de 15.748 x 15.748. Me encanta que incluya gafas de seguridad; se nota que piensan en la seguridad. El software propio de Atomstack es intuitivo (tanto la app como el programa para PC), y también es compatible con Lightburn y LaserGRBL si quieres más opciones avanzadas. Por el precio que tiene, ofrece una relación calidad-precio excelente. Es estable, fiable y versátil para trabajar con diferentes materiales. I’m extremely disappointed with this laser. I bought the A20 PRO V2 as a replacement for my Atomstack 7X Pro, which had stopped working because the power button wouldn’t stay on. After ordering this one, I ended up fixing my old machine, so the new laser sat in the box for about a month and a half. When I finally set it up — which was quick and straightforward — I plugged it in and smoke immediately started coming out of the electronics box. The machine was brand new and never even got the chance to run once. I contacted both Amazon and Atomstack, and neither would replace the motherboard or the laser, even though the issue was clearly a manufacturing defect. Now I’m stuck with a broken laser and an air assist that I can’t use at all. At this point, I’m done with Atomstack and will be switching to a different brand. Very frustrating experience and a big waste of money

Easy to install. Easy to use. It does not have a camera to help with targeting your project. I just use a piece of scrap material to get my alignment set first, before committing to the final product. Very reasonable price.

Es un equipo semi profesional el diodo de 12W hace q la máquina sea casi perfecta …pero.. el LASER BAJO DE RENDIMIENTO EN UNA SEMANA DE USO ... a tener en cuenta !!!! si viniera en la configuración de 40x60 estaría en el podio seguramente, súper recomendable para usarla en micro emprendimientos .. lástima q no tenga el accesorio rotativo con envío gratis para argentina sino ya lo habría comprado estoy buscando alternativas de otras marcas con envío gratis … CONCLUSIÓN 5 estrellas sobre 5 para ATOMSTARK SWIFT !!!

Atomstack is one of the better laser engravers on the market. Build quality is very good. Its supplied with a good assembly instructions with picture and takes anyone with average skills about 20 minutes. All parts are in number bags to match the assembly instructions. Now the cons: There is no user documentation or specs supplied. Would be nice to know how the air pump plug is configured, setting the limit switches, WiFi specs and some details on the controller. It has WiFi but no instruction how to configure it. The free Atomstack phone app (Bluetooth) and pc program (USB connection) is very basic not worth the hassle. It's ok to see if the machine runs, but other than that not much use. Just get Lightburn and save yourself the trouble. The other big con is Atomstack cheaped out with the laser head gantry electrical cables. The cables are flopping around and not in cable drag chain holders and can get snagged on the work if you aren't careful. I picked up a couple of 10mmx10mm drag chain holders on Amazon for $15 to retro fit my machine.

Graba y corta, de momento en madera, el aparato para inyección de aire para que no queme la madera no es necesario. Referente al olor, es lo normal, al final es un laser que quema. Hecho de menos que no vendan por separado una caja protectora con ventilador extractor. Por lo demás cumple su función.

Easy built, much quicker than my previous 10 year old engraver. The wiring loom needs attention and let's the machine down

Facile à monter mais le matériel reste bas de gamme , quelques vis tourne dans le vide la tête de vise est très fragile !!! Pas beaucoup d explications pour utiliser le logiciel heureusement que les tutoriels YouTube existe et encore pour les réglages de gravure reste très limité je suis pas fan du rapport qualité prix même si ce graveur reste pour les débutants
