It's a good and reliable product

One of the rods stopped functioning 1 day after the return window date expired. It comes with a 2-year warranty and it barely worked for 11 days! Did not expect a firm like Bajaj to provide a sub-standard product. I am contacting Bajaj customer service and will update on the feedback and response obtained. My advice is that this product should not be purchased as it extremely poor performance.

Good temperature control. Used for two winters. Warms efficiently in the area around four feet. Good build quality. No damage after maximum time run of six to seven hours at a stretch.
