Keep frozen for 6 hours in cool bag. There’s a smooth plastic side and a soft fabric side. The soft side sticks to wall of ice compartment in fridge and tears easily. So best to stack them so as to avoid soft sides touching each other

These are great they stay frozen all day.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these ice packs but they are brilliant. We do a lot of outdoor events and he cool box is a must for the warmer days. These reusable ice packs are brilliant to use and are a great size. Not to mention you can cut them down in size if you need to (we haven’t though). However, the best part is actually filling them up. Just soak them in water and watch them expand, it's a simple, childlike pleasure 😂 but I love it. The swell up and then just pop them in the freezer overnight and they are good to go in the morning. Definitely much better than those old school blue cooler blocks and these just work so well. Cheap, cheerful, functional and fun to fill 😂 Highly recommend these.

Well I don’t know what these should have done but judging from the image mine did not expand like that! They stayed flat as a pancake ( i think a pancake has moe omph to it than these!) Waste of money! Sent back!

I bought this set of 60 ice packs. There were 12 packs per set and 5 sets in total. It is really helpful for our picnics. The activation is super easy, just soak, wipe, and freeze, no complicated steps. They fit perfectly in coolers, backpacks, and lunch bags, and the fact that you can cut them to size means they can be customized for any container. Definitely a smart and eco-friendly alternative to disposable ice packs. Highly recommend!
