I don’t know what kind of magic they packed into this jig, but the fish can’t resist it! First cast of the day — bam! — instant hookup. I’ve tried a lot of lures, but this one’s quickly become my go-to. The action in the water is smooth and realistic, like it’s got its own little attitude down there. The colors pop, the hook is sharp enough to shave with (don’t ask how I know), and it holds up like a champ even after multiple catches. Bonus points for not tangling or chipping like cheaper jigs. I bought these for a trip to Saskatchewan, to target large pike. The pike loved these 8" beasts. I used them targeting shallow water, rigging them either behind a large colorado blade spinner. or with a large single screw on hook through the nose. My buddy had never fished for any large fish before this and did very well using them. We even took a couple of large walleye on them. Since the pike there are quite cannabalistic I chose the motor oil with red flecks to mimic their color, but suspect most dark colors would have worked. Berkley makes excellent soft baits.

Great for shallow and mid water fishing in northeast salt or fresh water.

Have used Berkeley Gulp for decades and the quality of the material does not last as long as the older version did. Still catch fish but more costly to use.

Says in description that it is a 6 pack. Its only a 4 pack.

Great action on these. My only complaint would be they can't touch other brand soft plastics. Colors bleed.
