I'm genuinely not one for leaving reviews. I'm so used to buying stuff that makes no difference. I've had difficulties with my stomach on and off for years, bloating, gas, not so great stool etc. I just thought that was how it was for me. After a stomach bug recently my wife said get yourself a good probiotic. I landed on this one with no specific reason, but what a difference it has made. Bloat gone, stool like a teenager again and perfectly regular.

I felt I needed to address some gut issues I had, lots of acid reflux, wind, bloating, ibs etc. I bought this product in the hope of introducing better bacteria species to my gut. I also started taking kombucha most days as well as apple cider vinegar. At first things got worse which I expected but things are now improving. I’m able to use the toilet more regularly and with less pain, I do still have flatulence first thing in the morning but then hardly anything through the day which is a major change! I’m also feeling a tad more energy than before. It’s still early days so I’m hopeful that more positive changes will happen but I’m so glad I purchased these.
