The PMI-ACP Exam: How To Pass On Your First Try, Iteration 3 (Test Prep series)

Please Note Prior to reading this book I had just recently been certified as a SAFe Scrum Master about 2 months prior and currently work as a Scrum Master. So leveraging my prior knowledge and experience, this was the only book I used to study for the PMI ACP exam and was able to actually pass the exam on the first attempt and get above target. The book gives you exactly what you need to pass the exam. It dives into each domain that is present on the exam and gives a brief yet thorough explanation to help the reader understand what they need to know. It’s not a very dense book and pretty easy to read.I would highly recommend taking both of the exams at the end of the book, and really understanding what you may have gotten wrong. The book does a great job giving an explanation to each of the answers. If you buy this book new it’ll give you a one week free trial to try the online practice exam via velociteach. I would highly recommend taking that practice exam to as I found that exam to be close to what I experienced during my own exam. Ultimately I’ll most likely use this company’s texts to help me prepare for the PMP in future. That’s how much I really trust, enjoy and understand the way they present their material.

I just passed the PMI-ACP Exam in May 2019. This book will NOT prepare you for the exam. 1) Not enough materials. 2) Too simple and not enough details. Only 160 pages of the book are training materials. The rest of the book is about how to prepare the exam and how to write the exam which you can get it from Internet or if you wrote similar exams before, you know it. Try PMI-ACP Exam Prep Paperback by Mike Griffiths instead. All PMI-ACP exam question are scenario based. No calculation. No definition question. Make sure you do as much as practice/mock exams as possible but make sure they are scenario based exam questions not definition.

Steht alles drin was man zum Bestehen braucht. Hinten im Buch ist ein Voucher für online-Fragen. Die Fragen sind relativ nah an den tatsächlichen Prüfungsfragen.Ein Seminar bei einem PMI R.E.P - wie ich es damals bei meiner PMP Zertifizierung hatte - ist natürlich viel besser weil man da Fragen stellen kann und es in der Gruppe einfach mehr Spaß macht, aber wenn einem das Alleine-Lesen nichts ausmacht ist das Buch die perfekte PMI-ACP Vorbereitung.

Great book, contains essential stuff to pass the exam. I am grateful to the vendor Western, for shipping it much early even by beating the shipping deadlines from the US. Invest and score in the exam with this book.

Good and easy read. Does not waste type ‘lecturing’ that much. Focuses on perspectives (last chapter dedicated to it) which anyone who attended a PMI exam knows is the most important thing to get right.Very good book for certification but not to learn the concepts which are better served with topic specific books. Used This book as the last thing to review before the exam, helped a lot.
