Decent bit of kit for smoking cheese
I nabbed this instead of the cage type to ensure the heat source was well away from the food being smoked. It seems very efficient and the airflow can be adjusted to achieve the desired quantity of smoke. Easy to set up and get going, this has done a really good job oak smoking some basic cheddar. Impressed
