By far best value and macro supplement I have found. Just becareful not to over do it on the bcaa's. Can make you degress if yiur goal is to loose weight and you already have meat and fish in the diet.

This protein was good for helping me maintain a steady weight and not bloat too much due to wheat that other protein powders I've tried contained. However, a lot of the time it didn't blend well in my shake bottles (one with a plastic blender; the other, metal). Drank it with both chocolate and regular milks for better flavor.
