Unfortunately, this unit has terrible performance in my experience. The first unit failed in a month due to a refrigerant leak. They were good enough to send a replacement. The replacement failed in less than a week for the same reason. I asked for a refund, but they took a while to answer my email. When they did reply, they told me they had already sent another replacement. So I gave it one more shot since I believed in the product and because I bought a lot of really expensive filters for it. The third unit met the same fat as the first two... E6 refrigerator leak, failure. I even tried a hard reboot, but to no avail. I asked for a refund again, stating all the information that they require on their website, including pictures. When I got no reply, I tried their web-chat and gt no reply from their bot. I called their phone number number in Texas and got no answer and there was no name on their voicemail. Now I have three machines to dispose of and a half dozen filter kits for... nothing. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND buying this machine.
